This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website innhapp.com and the Innhapp mobile application (hereinafter, jointly, the "Platform"), operated by Innviteme Solutions, SL (hereinafter, the "Provider").

Use of the Platform, beyond the mere consultation of this Legal Notice, is governed by the Terms and Conditions of use and the Privacy Policy, which the User must read and accept in advance.

3. Conditions of access and use

Access to the Platform is, as a general rule, free of charge for the end user, without prejudice to the internet connection cost applied by their service provider. The use of certain features requires prior registration, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

The specific liability conditions relating to the operation of the service, to Happenings, and to interactions between Users are governed by the Terms and Conditions of use, a document that prevails over this Legal Notice in everything relating to the substantive operation of the service.

Should the website or the application include links to third-party websites, the Provider assumes no liability for the content, operation, availability, or privacy policies of such sites, which are governed by their own terms.

The processing of Users' personal data is governed by the Platform's Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from access to or use of the Platform, the Provider and the User submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, without prejudice to the jurisdictions that may mandatorily correspond to consumers under applicable regulations.
